Ami Ritter has been working in the title and escrow industry for 23 years. She started out as a courier for title companies then moved into title customer service. Her escrow journey began at Old Republic Title, then went to Southland Title where was trained as a Jr. Officer. After a few years of promotions, she moved to Palm Springs where a couple of senior escrow officers trained her to service residential sales, including lease land properties, and more. Ami was hired as a manager/escrow officer by First American Title to open their first Coachella Valley escrow office, where she supervised residential, commercial, lease land, and refinances. At The Escrow Connection, she oversaw, in addition to traditional sales, REOs and Short Sales, and then began working with California Auctions obtaining escrows while flying all over the state. In her last position before joining Indian Wells Escrow, at Liberty Escrow, she remained for 12 years. There, Ami further perfected her skills closing residential, commercial, mobile homes, lease land, short sales, bulk sales, and refinances. Ami truly enjoys working in escrow, is very excited to work with you, and brings a high degree of professionalism while getting the job done.
Priscilla Guzman, has been working in escrow for almost ten years and is known for being trustworthy, dedicated, and paying close attention to every detail. She grew up in the lively Coachella Valley, her parents and extended family were Palm Springs area Realtors, and has a real passion for helping people with their real estate needs. She is a graduate of College of the Desert and the University of Riverside. Priscilla takes pride in making sure her clients’ transaction go smoothly and successfully. She is bilingual, fluent in Spanish, and can help clients of different cultures and backgrounds. When she’s not working, she loves trying out new restaurants and traveling. Her biggest joy in life is raising her 4-year-old son. Whether you’re buying, selling, or refinancing, Priscilla is ready to use her expertise to help you with your escrow transaction. Jannett Figueroa has worked in the real estate industry for over eight years. Before working in this industry, she worked in the insurance business for over 18 years. Putting her clients above herself, she is dedicated to ensuring they receive the best customer service in whatever she does; her range of experience allows her to do so. She is bilingual, speaks Spanish, and is available to help the clients who need multi-language assistance. Jannett has a lovely husband and three wonderful children.
